PHYSICIANS

All our Physicians are Board Certified Anesthesiologists with Fellowship Training in Pain Management.

Dr. Ravi Venkataramanis a Board Certified Anesthesiologist with Sub-Specialty Certifications in Pain Management. A practicing Anesthesiologist and Pain Physician for nearly thirty years, he is a Fellow of the Royal College of Anesthetists in London and also a Fellow of the Faculty of Anesthetists of the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland. His professional interests are minimally invasive strategies for discogenic pain. His passion includes use of computerized techniques to facilitate patient care and safety; he has helped develop the electronic health record used in his practice. In his spare time he reads and listens to classical music and volunteers. He is married with two children.

Dr. Shanti EppanapallyDr. Shanti Eppanapally is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist with Sub-Specialty Certification in Pain Management. She received her medical degree from Gandhi Medical College in Hyderabad, India in 1990. She did her Anesthesiology residency and then a Pain Management Fellowship SUNY-Brooklyn, New York. She worked as assistant professor at SUNY Brooklyn before relocating to private practice in New Jersey. She is currently on staff at St. Mary's hospital and Bergen Regional Medical Center. She has been treating patients for both chronic and acute pain conditions for the last 15 years. Her areas of interest include neck and back injuries, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome and pain arising due to nerve damage. She is compassionate and uses comprehensive pain care with interventional techniques to improve patient's quality of life.
